We do not share your details with any other third party.
Your delivery address information may be provided to a supplier and their delivery company if your order is to be fulfilled directly by them. Such suppliers are bound by ou privacy policy and will not supply your details to any other third party.
When you buy online, by telephone or request product or catalogue information, you will be asked to submit some personal details. All customer data held by Grakka Limited is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
We may contact you by email or post to provide information on new products or special offers, but only with your express consent. If you receive an initial mailing (by internet or post) from us you will be given the opportunity to opt in or opt out of receving information from us.
Your Payment Information
When buying online with Grakka Retail Limited you are asked to submit payment card details. Our payment system is handled by Worldpay and all online transations are carried out over a secure internet connection. Your details are encrypted whilst in transit and are not stored. Alternatively you may make payment via PayPal.
When making a telephone payment, your payment card details are entered manually into the Streamline Payment Terminal. No card details are stored.
